My little pony – the movie

MY LITTLE PONY THE MOVIE is an animated film based on the TV series “MY LITTLE PONY FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC” ( born in 2010).

The plot is very funny and exciting, but the end  is really romantic.

This is the story:

Equestria is attacked by the evil Storm King and his army (Tempest Shadow and Grubber).  They capture 3 princesses, but the mane 6 leaves  Equestria to find the queen of the “Hippos”. They cross a desert and they arrive at Kluggettown. Here they meet Capper, and they understand which queen they must find, the queen of the Hippogriphs. Unfortunatelly Capper tries  to sell them  to Verko, but Tempest finds them so they escape on a pirates’ ship. The ponies help the pirates to find their passion. They discover the map of mount Aris, the Hippogriphs’ home.

Tempest finds  them again, they escape from the ship with a giant balloon. They arrive on mount Aris, but the city is desert. In a cave, they find a fountain, but when they enter in the water they are sucked by a giant vortex. When they come out they are on the sea floor, and a creature called Skystar conducts them to the seaponies’ castle where the queen transforms them in seaponies. Skystar tells them the Hippogriphs’ history, and they understand that the seaponies are the Hippogriphs. Twilight tries to steal the magic pearl, but the queen hunts  him. When Tempest finds them again she takes Twilight and  gives to the Storm King the alicorns’ magic. Twilight and her friends fight the Storm king, they win, but he launches a petrifying ball to the mane 6. Tempest saves them and when Twilight gives back all the magic to Equestria the friendship festival starts, and Songbird Serenade’s concert too.

The actors are really good, my favourite are: SIA, LORELLA CUCCARINI, TARA STRONG, TAYE DIGS, MICHAEL PEÑA, UZO ADUBA, ZOE SALDANA, AND LIVE SCHREIBER.

The special effects are fantastic, the music and the sets are great, and the animation is AWESOME!
